Our Story
1995
Aidea begins as an international architecture firm’s ten-man branch in Manila.
2004
Aidea signs framework agreements with P&G and Regus for European and Middle East projects.
2007 - 2008
Aidea locates the majority of its projects overseas during the Asian financial crisis.
The Aidea Design Foundation is established.
2015
Joint venture partners Aidea and BIM Equity establish Epiito, a valuable means for virtual prototyping, content creation, and co-creation.
2017
Led by Aidea, a global alliance of 14 design firms covering pre-design to post-operation services forms the A+ Design Group.
2003
The 30-man operation becomes fully Filipino-owned and steadily develops into the 270-strong company it is today.
2005
Aidea becomes the country's foremost user of new platforms in technology, switching from 2D to 3D Building Information Modeling (BIM) and becoming one of the prime users of BIM in the world.
Aidea introduces Environmental Graphic Design to the Philippine design industry, offering fully integrated design services to its clients.
2010
Subsidiary Aidea Integrated Technologies, Inc. (now Aidea Technologies) is formed to meet the growing international demand for Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) services. This vision is supported by the establishment of Aidea’s software integration team, developing automation programs.
2016
Aidea opens its office in Abu Dhabi.
2019
Aidea opens its office in Clark, Pampanga to specialize in Virtual Reality (VR), customization, and content creation.

In our 25 years of existence, we have provided design and technology solutions for companies local and overseas. Our work is found in 90 cities in 60 countries spanning 5 continents. With over 800 projects to date, we have worked on a diverse range of typologies: from corporate offices and commercial centers, to industrial complexes and masterplanned communities, residential and mixed-use buildings and leisure facilities.
Aidea has established an outstanding reputation for integrity and commitment to providing exemplary design solutions and customer service. Our dedication to keep finding new ways to better serve our clients has propelled our growth to over 270 design professionals and software developers to date, and the rank of 44 on Building Design 2021 World Architecture 100. Since 2011, Aidea has been consistently recognized as one of the country's largest design practices by The BCI Asia Top 10 Awards.
Aidea is recognized worldwide as a front-runner and expert on Virtual Design and Construction (VDC), having won top prizes in competitions such as Build London Live, Build Qatar Live, and BIM Buzz Singapore. As early as 2005, Aidea has catapulted itself as the foremost user of new platforms in technology, 3D Building Information Modelling (BIM) that has allowed the firm to take on even larger and more complex projects and established itself as the trusted authority in VDC in the Philippines and overseas.
We are based in Manila with offices in Clark Global City and Abu Dhabi, UAE. We have a subsidiary in Denmark for our Virtual Reality (VR) and co-creation services.
