Some days remind us why we build—not only structures, but communities.
Last week, we opened our doors to the UAP Committee on Private Practice for a day of learning, exchange, and shared curiosity. The room carried a quiet energy—a sense that we were all shaping something larger than ourselves.

Aidea President Jojo Tolentino shared the Aidea Story, tracing the years of challenge and transformation that shaped who we are today. He spoke about growth fuelled by innovation, yes, but also strengthened by culture—by people who choose to stay true to shared values when the path becomes difficult.
The conversations that followed were thoughtful and generous. Participants asked about our processes, our culture, and how we continue to evolve. Their engagement made the session feel less like a lecture and more like a collective reflection on the future of our practice.
It was a reminder that while competition can sharpen us, collaboration elevates everyone. We all go further when we Think Together.
To the UAP Commission on Professional Practice and all who joined us—thank you for spending your day with us. We look forward to building more moments of connection, innovation, and transformation with you.
