Aidea Cited as One of the Best Partners of Ayala Land Inc.

Ayala Land, Inc. (ALI), the Philippines' largest real estate developer and Aidea’s most significant local client, has recognized Aidea as one of its best partners in implementing the core values of "integrity, consistency of results, and uncompromised commitment to quality." These principles are central to ALI's approach in developing real estate projects that offer enduring value and enhance over time, according to Bobby Dy, Head of Ayala Land Premier.

Aidea's partnership with Ayala Land began in 2000 when it won the design for the MRT 3 Retail Area. Since then, the two companies have forged a strong and collaborative relationship built on mutual trust and integrity. Over the years, Aidea has consistently delivered high-quality architectural services across a broad range of ALI’s business units, cementing its role as a trusted design partner.

Notable projects Aidea has contributed to for Ayala Land include The Columns Ayala Avenue, the Philippines' first branded residential development, and the clustered themed residential units of Two Serendra, which includes The Aston, Red Oak, and Meranti. Aidea has also designed the UP-Ayala Technohub, an industry-academic R&D centre, Convergys, an international BPO office, and Park Terraces, the latest high-end residential project in Makati's Central Business District.

In addition to architectural design, Aidea’s expertise extends to planning, interior design, graphic environments, schematic and design documentation, and its recent addition, Building Information Modeling (BIM). Aidea's focus on sustainability has also been evident in its work with Ayala Property Management Corporation, which has received ASEAN Energy Awards for energy-efficient and sustainable developments—areas where Aidea’s designs have always excelled.

Aidea’s long-standing partnership with Ayala Land continues to flourish, with the firm’s expertise and commitment to excellence playing a pivotal role in the success of numerous high-profile projects across the country.
