The CWC Design Center project, led by Aidea, officially broke ground on June 7, 2021, at its Arnaiz Avenue site in Makati City.
The CWC Design Center will serve as Southeast Asia’s premier venue for experiencing modern design. The innovative space will feature a retail gallery and furniture museum, showcasing premium brands and providing a one-stop shop for all fit-out requirements.
Taking inspiration from the multidisciplinary ethos of Charles and Ray Eames, the building’s design balances aesthetics, function, and innovation. The project is set to pursue LEED and WELL certifications, underscoring a commitment to sustainability and wellness. Completion is expected in 2022.
The groundbreaking ceremony was attended by Fred Yuson, President and CEO of CWC, Jojo Tolentino, CEO of Aidea, and other distinguished guests.
