Aidea is honored to share the momentous occasion of the Park Villas groundbreaking on June 4, 2024. Aidea, Ar. Jojo Tolentino joined the milestone ceremony, alongside other esteemed partners. Developed by Ayala Land Premier Inc., Park Villas is targeting LEED Gold certification and will overlook the Ayala Triangle Gardens in Makati City. A first in the Philippines, the building will feature 45 single-unit floors, each averaging 610 sqm. Aidea is collaborating with the international firm Skidmore, Owings & Merrill on this landmark project. The building is expected to be completed in 2029.
