On June 8, 2021, Aidea marked a significant milestone in the 38 Park Avenue project with the topping-off ceremony of the 38-storey condominium tower in Cebu.
Developed by Cebu Landmasters Inc., this project forms the core of an ambitious urban park concept that blends residential, office, and retail spaces within a green landscape. The tower is complemented by an office building and a retail boulevard, all set within The Plaza, a lush park that serves as the project's centerpiece.
Upon completion, 38 Park Avenue will be part of a larger, master-planned community within Cebu IT Park, a dynamic hub for business process outsourcing (BPO) and ICT firms, alongside future amenities including a hotel, mall, and various other establishments. This vibrant, integrated development promises to be a focal point in the heart of Cebu’s growing business district.
