A Blueprint for Growth

Clark Global City is a 177-hectare master-planned district in the Clark Freeport Zone, envisioned to be the Philippines’ next premier business and innovation hub. Positioned at the crossroads of major infrastructure and trade corridors—including Clark International Airport and key expressways—the development is primed to support the country’s ambition of becoming a top global economy by 2050. This mixed-use central business district seamlessly integrates commercial, residential, institutional, and recreational zones to form a smart, self-sustaining ecosystem.

Designed to attract both local and international enterprises, it serves as a resilient platform for innovation across sectors including offshoring, education, healthcare, and hospitality. Key features of the development also integrates green spaces, encouraging sustainable living practices and enhancing the quality of life for future occupants. Clark Global City’s design considers environmental concerns, addressing air quality, flood risks, and urban density challenges to create a healthy, livable environment.

Aidea played a strategic role in refining the master plan, ensuring scalability, mobility, and urban resilience. Through early site studies and close collaboration with Global Gateway Development Corporation, the team addressed critical issues such as traffic flow, population density, and disaster-readiness—delivering design solutions that anticipate future urban demands.

Key infrastructure includes an integrated underground utilities network, disaster-mitigation systems, independent power supply, and green corridors that promote environmental sustainability. With its robust planning and future-forward design, Clark Global City sets a new benchmark for urban development in the region—an engine for economic growth, innovation, and global connectivity.
