More than a workplace, the Geneva Office of Procter & Gamble (P&G) stands as a spatial embodiment of purpose, innovation, and global culture. Developed through Aidea’s long-term design partnership with P&G—established under a global framework agreement in 2004—the project transforms corporate values into immersive experiences.
In close collaboration with Kolar Design, the space blends natural materials, intuitive layouts, and branded storytelling, uniting global identity with the nuances of its European setting. It fosters both belonging and pride—grounding the universal in the local.
From the outset, the design has championed a human-centered, brand-forward approach, translating identity into spatial form through materiality, layout, and environmental storytelling. The workplace caters to diverse work styles and cultural contexts, offering open areas, enclosed zones, and adaptable collaboration spaces. Interior finishes balance warmth and clarity, while Experience Design—co-created with Kolar—integrates storytelling and branded environments into the architectural fabric.
The project’s co-creative process was driven by close alignment with P&G’s global and regional stakeholders. The Geneva office became a global design prototype for other key locations—including Paris, Rome, Dubai, Madrid, and Beijing—each adapted to reflect its local context. Through thoughtful modular planning and integrated branding, Aidea and Kolar refined a scalable and agile design approach that balances identity, flexibility, and cultural authenticity across geographies.
The Geneva office reflects P&G’s enduring values—We Delight Consumers, We Win Together, and We Are an Inclusive Family. Curated design solutions support diverse workstyles and emphasize the importance of balance, inclusivity, and connection. Flexible zones encourage agile work while private nooks support focused tasks. Natural materials bring warmth and approachability, while Experience Design infuses the space with meaning—reinforcing identity, aiding navigation, and celebrating both global unity and local character.
“This is our home away from home. More than just a space, it is the place from which we cultivate brands that touch the lives of consumers around the world across generations. Improving lives every day and impassioned about the future, we can’t wait to win—together.” This spirit of collaboration—among global partners, local teams, and multidisciplinary designers—infuses the space with purpose.
Above all, the Geneva office is an environment built to grow with its people—supporting physical wellness, mental well-being, and inclusive opportunity. It welcomes not only employees but their families, inviting a culture of belonging, pride, and ownership. It is a place where global vision meets local soul, where brand and behavior align—and where P&G’s commitment to innovation, excellence, and human connection comes vividly to life.
