The Unilever Philippines Headquarters is a modern workspace designed to reflect the company’s values of collaboration, sustainability, and innovation. Aidea worked closely with Unilever to craft an environment that fosters productivity while promoting
a sense of openness and connectivity. By integrating a series of thoughtfully planned open spaces and meeting areas, the design encourages interaction and supports creative problem-solving, key aspects of Unilever’s corporate ethos.
A welcoming lounge sets the tone for Unilever’s workspace, which features open areas that promote transparency and collaboration. Strategically placed pantries encourage informal interaction. Sustainability is a defining feature of the project, with the design adhering to LEED standards and incorporating waste reduction practices, underscoring Unilever’s commitment to environmental responsibility.
Unilever’s new workspace was shaped through a collaborative design process, with employee input ensuring it aligned with the company’s culture and needs. The result is a flexible, open environment that fosters interaction, transparency, and sustainability. Aidea incorporated smart design strategies and sustainable practices, achieving LEED compliance through energy-efficient systems and waste reduction—reflecting Unilever’s commitment to innovation and environmental responsibility.
