Crimson Boracay is a luxury resort and spa set in a secluded paradise on the country's most sought-after holiday island. This exclusive location emphasizes tranquility and natural beauty, offering guests a serene
escape from the everyday. The design reflects an ethos of harmonious integration with the surrounding landscape, where modern luxury meets the island's rich cultural heritage. The resort embodies an invitation to experience relaxation and rejuvenation, accentuated by the calming sounds of nature and the vibrant colors of the local environment.
The resort features elegantly appointed accommodations that blend contemporary design with island aesthetics, ensuring comfort and sophistication. Outdoor spaces are designed to create seamless transitions between indoor and outdoor living, allowing guests to fully appreciate the island's breathtaking views.

Aidea employed a rigorous design process, utilizing Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) methodologies to address the unique challenges of building in an insular locale. All construction materials, equipment, and crews were transported by barge, necessitating meticulous planning and coordination. VDC enabled the integration of design data from multiple teams into a cohesive model, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the project.
This collaborative approach facilitated early costing and precise procurement, laying a solid foundation for the construction phase. The design evolved through ongoing assessments and refinements, balancing aesthetic aspirations with functional requirements to deliver an exceptional resort.
