The Globe Telecom Headquarters in Bonifacio Global City stands as a bold expression of purpose and progress. Designed to unify operations from six previously dispersed locations, the 28-story tower now accommodates over 4,000 employees under one roof—strengthening internal collaboration while signaling Globe’s leadership in the Philippine telecommunications sector.

Targeting LEED Gold Certification, the building embodies Globe’s commitment to people, performance, and planet. Conceived through a visioning process that aligned closely with Globe’s core values—Customer First, Integrity, Teamwork, Accountability, Innovation, and Excellence—the design translates aspiration into architecture.

From its faceted form and kinetic façade to its flexible interiors and green systems, every element speaks of transformation. The massing concept draws inspiration from movement and connection, echoing Globe’s role as a digital enabler for individuals and communities. Strategically composed volumes create a dynamic profile while optimizing orientation, daylighting, and wind flow.

Sustainability is interwoven throughout the project. Eco-friendly features such as low-E glass, light-colored ACP cladding, efficient MEPF systems, harvested rainwater, and low-VOC materials were specified to minimize environmental impact while enhancing building performance. Energy-saving strategies—including LED lighting, intelligent building management systems, and high-performance IT infrastructure—further reduce operational consumption and elevate occupant comfort.

These initiatives support the project’s LEED certification goals and reflect Globe’s broader vision of responsible corporate citizenship. Innovation is embedded in every aspect of the headquarters. Smart building systems regulate lighting and climate to optimize energy performance, while landscaped terraces and green roofs create restorative, biophilic spaces within the urban fabric.

Collaboration was key to the project’s success. Aidea implemented a customized IPD Lite process, combining traditional workflows with Integrated Project Delivery. Early stakeholder input, shared BIM models, and open dialogue enabled a flexible, coordinated, and future-ready solution aligned with Globe’s needs. More than a headquarters, the Globe tower is a symbol of transformation—where innovation meets empathy, and technology, sustainability, and culture come together. It’s not just a place to work, but a place to belong.
