The Menarco Tower, a 32-storey office building in the vibrant Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, embodies a pioneering vision of the modern workplace. Commissioned by Menarco Development Corporation for their inaugural project, it is a showcase of extraordinary Filipino talent—designed and built in partnership with DATEM, JACMI, Aidea, and CS Design, respected leaders in their fields. 100% Filipino, 100% excellence.
Far beyond steel, concrete, and glass, it is a living response to a deeper obligation-one that places people, planet, and profit in that order. As the first building in Southeast Asia to achieve both LEED Gold and WELL Gold certifications, Menarco Tower leads by example in promoting a healthier, more sustainable future for all who step inside.
The Menarco Tower's architectural design incorporates a finely-tuned building envelope that mitigates heat penetration, ensuring optimal interior climate control. Generous floor-to-ceiling heights enhance natural light, while double-glazed windows effectively minimize heat gain. High-efficiency air conditioning systems, equipped with advanced filters, deliver air quality that aligns with international hospital standards, safeguarding occupant health.
This is not just a building-it is a second home. But wellness here is more than infrastructure-it's a lived experience. Menarco Tower offers spaces that encourage movement and mindfulness: accessible staircases, secure bicycle parking, shower facilities, and an entire floor dedicated to health and wellness. Natural light floods the interiors, uplifting mood and productivity, while nutritious dining options, landscaped terraces, and thoughtful communal areas build a culture of care. Productivity and well-being are not mutually exclusive-they are mutually reinforcing. Menarco's holistic, human-centered approach was realized through an Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) model that brought architects, engineers, and stakeholders together from concept to completion.
Engaging directly with end-users, the design evolved in response to their needs-resulting in a space that reflects the aspirations of today's workforce. The tower is more than a statement of architectural elegance. It's a proof point of purpose-driven design-a commitment to shaping healthier lives, resilient institutions, and a better-built environment. Menarco Tower doesn't just raise the standard. It raises people. Aidea's multidisciplinary approach brought together expertise in sustainability, wellness, and workplace strategy-fusing technical precision with human-centric design.

Menarco Tower is a landmark of design excellence, sustainability, and wellness. With Aidea’s thoughtful design and Menarco’s commitment to purpose, the tower redefines what it means to build responsibly—earning distinctions such as the LEED Gold, EDGE, WELL™ Gold, WELL™ HSR, and IMMUNE™ Resilient certifications.
It is the first and only WELL™ Gold-certified Corporate Tower in Southeast Asia, and has received multiple local and international architectural awards.
