Aidea Designs Ayala Land Premier's Park Terraces

Park Terraces, Ayala Land Premier's latest residential enclave, was launched last January 2010. Top architectural firm Aidea Philippines Inc. has been commissioned to render the schematic design, design development and contract documentation, as well as the interior design of its common areas. The 50-storey building located in the Philippines' main business center will be the first building in the country to use the unconventional BRB (Buckling Restrained Bracing) structural system. The BRB approach enables a structure to be put up without beams, using only slabs and eliminating constraints in utilities and chases.
