Menarco Tower Achieves EDGE Zero Carbon Certification

Menarco Tower has achieved yet another milestone, securing the prestigious Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiencies (EDGE) Zero Carbon certification with an outstanding 41.33% energy use efficiency.

Renowned as the "healthiest building in Southeast Asia," this 32-storey marvel, located at the heart of Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, has consistently championed sustainability, previously earning LEED v3.0 Gold Certification in 2017 and the inaugural WELL Gold Certification in 2019.

EDGE Zero Carbon is a certification standard that recognizes buildings that have achieved a minimum of 20% savings in water and embodied energy in materials, 40% energy savings on-site, and 100% emission reduction met through renewables or carbon offsets.
