38 Park Tops Off

Aidea celebrated another important project landmark with the topping-off of 38 Park Avenue in Cebu on June 8, 2021.
The 38-storey condominium tower, developed by Cebu Landmasters Inc., is the central element of an urban park concept upon which the project is based. The residential high rise is joined by an office tower and a retail boulevard set within a green park called The Plaza. 38 Park Avenue will form part of a master planned integrated community in the midst of business process outsourcing (BPO) and other ICT firms, a future hotel and mall, and other establishments at the Cebu IT Park.
