At Aidea, we believe that the future of architecture lies in the seamless fusion of design and technology. Through our Technology Integration and Automation Framework, we redefined how buildings are imagined, documented, and delivered. Our approach is grounded in more than two decades of BIM expertise, driven by the belief that automating design and documentation workflows empowers architects to work smarter, faster, and
with greater impact. Our plugin automations help architects and designers analyze areas and efficiencies, check building code compliance, detect and report clashes, produce construction drawings, specifications, and tags, generate quantities and cost estimates all in a snap. Through computational design and custom software, we’ve built a digital system that streamlines collaboration and speeds up delivery.
Aidea's automation systems are embedded across every stage of our design process—integrating intelligence into the heart of production to unlock higher levels of efficiency and creative freedom. Each of these automations enhances design integrity, shortens delivery timelines, and significantly lowers the margin for human error. By removing bottlenecks in documentation and coordination, our designers are free to focus on what matters most—creating thoughtful, purpose-driven spaces. Why Automation Matters. In today’s fast-moving AEC landscape, speed, accuracy, and adaptability are no longer optional—they are essential.
With increasing complexity, tighter deadlines, and greater expectations from clients, automation becomes a strategic enabler. It doesn’t replace the architect’s intuition—it strengthens it by providing better tools, insights, and capacity to iterate and innovate.
The Aidea Approach. We don’t just use tools—we build them. Our in-house development team collaborates closely with our design and production units to customize workflows, integrating with platforms like Graphisoft Archicad and other open BIM environments. In this journey, technology is not the end—it’s the means. The true value lies in what it enables: more time for creativity, more accuracy in execution, and more opportunities to push boundaries. As we continue to scale and share these systems, we reaffirm our commitment to building a smarter, more agile, and more resilient future for architecture.
