Defining a Skyline

The Finance Center rises as a landmark of modern business architecture in the heart of Bonifacio Global City, merging functionality with forward-thinking design. The 44-story, Premium Grade A office tower is the third collaboration between Aidea, Gensler, and Daiichi Properties,

representing an evolution in high-performance workspaces tailored for growth and adaptability. Its elliptical form symbolizes a blend of nature, ergonomics, and innovation, creating a balanced environment conducive to both productivity and well-being.

The Finance Center's design process emphasized collaboration and precision, benefiting from the shared expertise of a global team. Driving this performance is Aidea's Virtual Design & Construction (VDC), which synchronized global consultants, reduced waste and carbon, and allowed live testing of structural, MEP, and environmental strategies. The result is a resilient building-seismically enhanced and typhoon-ready-that can adapt as tenant needs evolve. A destination-based elevator system and modular mechanical zones further future-proof the tower, minimizing wait times and enabling phased expansion.

The VDC model served as a platform for evaluating design parameters, visualizations, and environmental impact analyses, leading to a reduction in construction waste and carbon emissions.

Throughout the design evolution, structural integrity was prioritized, with enhancements made to withstand seismic activity and typhoons, ensuring the safety and resilience of the tower in the face of natural challenges. Innovation is a defining characteristic of The Finance Center. Beyond its sustainable building systems, the tower integrates cutting-edge technology to meet the needs of evolving office environments.

Modular mechanical systems support flexible tenant configurations, allowing for adaptability as businesses expand. These innovative strategies are complemented by the tower's certifications, including the WELL Health-Safety Rating, which underscores its commitment to health and wellness in the workplace. The Finance Center is more than a high-rise-it's a symbol of what future-ready workplaces can achieve when bold vision meets precise execution. It doesn't just shape the skyline-it shapes the future of how we work, thrive, and grow.
