West Aeropark is a cornerstone of Clark Global City, a modern, master-planned business cdistrict located in Pampanga, approximately 90 kilometers north of Metro Manila in the Philippines. Formerly known as Global Gateway Logistics City, Clark Global City is positioned within a Special Economic Zone, making it a strategic hub for international business.

West Aeropark is designed to support innovation, productivity, and long-term sustainability. The five-building commercial complex offers a workplace environment that integrates high-performance design with adaptability for evolving corporate and technological needs.

The development enhances the region's urban landscape, reinforcing Clark Global City's emergence as a leading business district in the Philippines.

West Aeropark’s architectural and engineering solutions prioritize resilience, efficiency, and occupant well-being. The buildings incorporate open floor plans that allow seamless spatial customization, optimizing both collaboration and operational efficiency. Natural lighting strategies reduce visual fatigue, while acoustic treatments mitigate ambient noise, fostering a workplace that supports focus and productivity.

The integration of green building technologies, including high-efficiency VRFs, double-glazed windows, and a planned rooftop solar installation, reduces energy consumption. A rainwater collection system supports sustainable water management, reinforcing the development’s commitment to resource efficiency. Uninterrupted business operations are ensured through synchronized, automatic prime-rated generators, each dedicated to a specific building, guaranteeing a stable power supply.
