Recognized with the Asia Pacific Property Award for Best Office Development (2015) and FIABCI-Philippines’ Outstanding Developer Award (2017), World Plaza is a benchmark for commercial design in the Philippines.

At its core, World Plaza is driven by purpose. Its architecture is precise yet timeless, balancing visual restraint with advanced performance. The fully unitized curtain wall system—with double-glazed, insulated glass—minimizes heat gain while maximizing daylight and transparency, creating bright, comfortable interiors. High-efficiency mechanical systems, rainwater harvesting, and sustainable materials form the backbone of its LEED Gold certification, while operational protocols and air quality measures earn it the WELL Health-Safety Rating.
The tower’s PEZA registration further enhances its appeal, offering global enterprises a base optimized for both operational and financial performance.
Aidea’s implementation of Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) played a crucial role in ensuring clarity from concept to completion. Through digital modeling and in-house clash detection, design conflicts were resolved long before reaching the site, allowing seamless integration of systems and faster decision-making throughout construction.
The VDC approach enabled transparency and agility—attributes that mirror the building’s own strengths.

The design integrates retail spaces and essential conveniences at ground level while elevating daily life through flexible floor plates, optimized layouts, and wellness-minded details. Landscaped zones and soft lighting provide natural counterpoints to the office pace, making the building as supportive as it is high-performing.
